Our process
01 Advice/Consultations
Advisory/consultation services exclusively focus on the aesthetic and conceptual aspects of your project and include:
- A personalised meeting to explore your desires, needs and preferences;
- Defining the ambience and style of your interior;
- Guidance on layout and space optimisation;
- Creation of a mood board and material boards.
Implementation, execution and supervision of the project are the client’s responsibility.
A shopping list is an optional, additional service and can be combined with the advisory/consultation service.
02 Project Study/Design (APS + APD)
The project study and personalised design service is tailored to the client’s needs and preferences, with particular attention to space optimisation and circulation flow.
This service includes:
- Architectural survey of the existing space;
- Creation of the design file;
- Sketches, mood boards, colour schemes, lighting plans, style definition;
- Preparation of the architecture dossier;
- Existing plans, zoning and two layout proposals;
- 2D plans, a 3D presentation, the choice of materials and furniture;
- Budget estimate.
This service does not include the supervision of the construction work, nor guarantees that the final implementation strictly adheres to the design proposals.
03 Complete Service
The complete-service package is a turnkey service, encompassing all phases of personalised design, supervision of construction work, regular reporting and ensuring delivery of the final space consistent with the client-approved visuals.
This service includes:
- Preparation of the tender dossier (TD);
- Consultations with contractors and bidding analysis;
- Supervision of construction work and reporting throughout the project phases.
Pricing (individual services) :
01 Advice/Consultations – Starting from €500, depending on square-meter calculations, and project scope and complexity.
Optional add-ons:
• Shopping list: €500
• Personalised shopping assistance: €400/day
02 Project Study/Design – Fixed fees calculated according to project size and complexity.
Optional add-ons:
• Site visit: €400/day
03 Complete Service – Fees: 10–15% of the total renovation budget, adjusted according to project size and complexity
